Employer Terms

These Employer Terms (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Cuebix Global Talent (“CGT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the employer or organization (“you,” “your,” or “Employer”) using our recruitment and workforce solutions. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide international recruitment and workforce solutions, including candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment project management, as detailed on our website. The specific services to be provided will be agreed upon in a separate service agreement or contract.

2. Employer Obligations

As an Employer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the job role, requirements, and any other necessary details for us to effectively source candidates.
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Ensure that your workplace is safe and free from discrimination or harassment.
• Provide timely feedback on candidates presented by CGT.
• Notify us immediately upon hiring a candidate introduced by CGT.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees for recruitment services are as outlined in your specific service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are payable within [e.g., 30] days of the date of the invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the recruitment process. This includes, but is not limited to, candidate details, business strategies, and financial information.

5. Candidate Introduction and Guarantee

An introduction is defined as the disclosure of a candidate’s details to you. Should you hire a candidate introduced by CGT within [e.g., 12] months of the introduction, a fee will be payable. We may offer a replacement guarantee for candidates who leave your employment within a specified period, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in sourcing and screening candidates, we do not guarantee their suitability or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us for the specific placement in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CGT harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
